Kickoff Meeting - Coordinate implementation with customer and customer representatives
              
Submittals - Provide, Material data sheets for approval.

Order Materials- After approval of submittals order materials and coordinate deliveries.
 
Drafting - Detailed layout on construction prints.
                - To be used as "As -Builts".
                - On-going documentation.
             
Milestone Schedule - Design detailed event schedule.
 
Pre-Testing of Cables - Match manufacturers test results with field results.

Project Meeting - Coordination of work functions with other trades and MCH

Deliverables - Ensure that conditions detailed in Contract Document are met in full
 
Coordination - Maintain continuous liaison with Client Project Team

Progress - Produce written progress reports for the client. Participate in regularly scheduled project meeting, as required

Inventory Control - Maintain a detailed inventory of all equipment.
              
Integration - Conduct system implementation testing in Conjunction with the client.
             
Acceptance - Conduct client acceptance testing.
              
Cutover - Provide coordination with all associated equipment vendors.
